Description
The Washburn Lofts and Condos are located in the Washburn Crosby Utility Building, one of the historic structures in the Twin Cities. The Washburn was added to the National Historic Landmark Registry in 1983 for its past as a hub in the Minneapolis milling industry. The building was transformed in 2001 and received the Minneapolis Historical Preservation Commission Award for New Construction within a Historic District in 2003.
The Minneapolis Mill District is a growing neighborhood just off of downtown Minneapolis.
