A structure of two or more units, the interior space of which are individually owned; the owners of the individual units own the balance of the property in common.
Pros – Security, heated attached parking, no maintenance, shared amenities, usually walking distance to area attractions, shopping, etc.
Cons – Follow rules of board, high association dues, and higher price for living space, close neighbors.
Minneapolis Lofts
Similar ownership definition of a condominium. A structure of two or more units, the interior space of which are individually owned; the owners of the individual units own the balance of the property in common. Usually lofts are called lofts because of high ceilings, older converted structure, interior second level.
